Chacras de Coria

To only 15 km from Mendoza city center you can  find Chacras de Coria, the meeting point of the routes of the wine and of the most original gastronomic offers.
The origin of the name comes from Don Bohorquez de Coria, who many years ago owned these lands. He established the first farms in the area. Therefore the villagers baptized the place as " Don Coria's Farms ". 

It is a picturesque villa with a special charm, since it preserves the customs of his ancestors. The central point, of this particular villa, is the " Plaza of Chacras de Coria ", where it is possible to enjoy the art of the craftsmen's places every weekend very close to the chapel " Our Lady of the Perpetual Help " a neo-colonial style, and of the best microclimate of Mendoza.
